Founded in 2019 by Seattle-based veteran leaders of high-growth engineering and product teams, Falkon is a go-to-market intelligence platform that helps teams win more deals through actionable insights and automation that drive operational excellence. Mona Akmal, Aakash Kambuj, and Josh Zana created Falkon to close the gap between siloed GTM systems and functions, enabling better insights, stronger conversions and more efficient teamwork.

Mona Akmal

Falkon CEO and Co-founder Mona Akmal is a product and engineering veteran who builds resourceful, kind, and output-driven teams that take success-enabling products from zero to scale. With a passion for crafting elegant solutions to technically difficult problems, she has grown teams, businesses, and many products at Microsoft, Amperity, Code.org, and Zulily.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Aakash Kambuj

Falkon CTO and Co-founder Aakash Kambuj is an engineering leader and veteran of Dropbox, where he led engineering for Search, Mobile and Dropbox.com. Previously at Microsoft he was responsible for the Xbox and Skydrive cloud services. He loves rolling up his sleeves and building products from scratch. He is passionate about making a positive impact on the world through technology, modern architecture, travel and vegetarian food.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Josh Zana

Falkon Founding Engineer Josh Zana is a software developer specializing in user interfaces, client/server interaction, performance, and scalability. Prior to Falkon, Josh was a Staff Engineer and Group Tech Lead at Dropbox, where he led the teams responsible for the API platform, third party integrations, and many parts of the dropbox.com web application. Earlier in his career, he worked on a variety of consumer products at Amazon and Microsoft, including the Fire TV, Xbox, mobile, and cloud storage. Josh loves designing and developing products and helping other engineers do their best work.
