The story so far

Founded in 2022 by Lori Evans Bernstein, CEO &Joshua Tauber, COO in collaboration with OMERS Ventures and 7wireVentures, Caraway was created to care for college women+, providing integrated mental, reproductive and physical healthcare services both digitally and in-person. Built with students for students, Caraway offers personalized, evidence-based care 24/7. With an unprecedented need for mental health resources and new barriers and persistent inequities in women’s+ health, Caraway provides access to trusted, holistic, and compassionate healthcare so women+ can get the care they need when they need it.

Lori Evans Bernstein

Lori Evans Bernstein, CEO & Co-Founder, She most recently served as Co-Founder & President of HealthReveal, a clinical artificial intelligence (AI) company dedicated to combating chronic disease that was recently acquired by Accolade (ACCD). Prior to HealthReveal, Lori has held a series of leadership positions across health tech companies, including GSI Health (acquired by Medecision) and ActiveHealth (acquired by Aetna). Additionally, Lori has had two government appointments as a Senior Advisor to the nation's first Health IT Czar and as New York State's first Deputy Commissioner of Health IT Transformation.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Joshua Tauber

Joshua Tauber is COO and Co-Founder at Caraway. Josh is an experienced healthcare executive, with recent leadership roles as VP at Accolade and COO at HealthReveal, a clinical analytics and AI company, which was acquired by Accolade in 2021. Prior to HealthReveal, Josh was a Senior Manager in Accenture's Health strategy consulting practice. Josh received his BS in Applied Economics and Management and an MBA, with distinction, from Cornell University.
